How do you organize your inspiration files and links?

I have all my inspiration photos grouped into folders (kitchen, living room, painted furniture, etc..) and the files have appropriate names ( blogs or websites I pulled them from + a title). The problem I have is trying to find that one specific image if I can't remember where I found it on the web. I would love to hear your tips on how to organize these files. My other problem is searching for specific links to ideas or posts. I hate when I find a tutorial but don't have the time to work on that project, how do you remember where you saw it?
The kids ventured outside yesterday, but the below zero winds and blowing snow sent them back inside about 15 minutes later.
Note: The mailbox is about to fall off the post! We have a bus stop right in front of our house, but none of my kids ride it. One of the little neighbor boys keeps hanging from it and has all but broke all the bars that connect it to the post. I have plans to replace the post and mailbox this spring so hopefully it holds on until then!

I have a blog on tumblr where I only keep posts I like from other peoples blogs. There is one photo from the post and a title, then there is a link you can click on that will take you to the whole post. I love it. It keeps things organized and easy to find. If you go to my blog there is a link for tumblr on the right hand side. Go take a look and see what you think. :)
